Meet The Team

Cindy Davis

Cindy is a pediatric occupational therapist working with Intermountain Pediatric Rehabilitation at Orem Community Hospital. She has taken an advanced course in handwriting and has been trained in seating and positioning and in the making of pediatric hand splints.

Brian Gibby

Brian is an occupational therapist who has been practicing in the pediatric field for the last six years. He specializes in Sensory Integration Disorder, is a provider of The Listening Program and is nationally board certified by the NBCOT (National Board Certified Occupational Therapist).

Carin Hadley

Carin is a pediatric speech-language pathologist who has more than 20 years of experience. Carin is ASHA and Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association certified and is trained in PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) and sensory integration. She also specializes in feeding and swallowing disorders and serves infants to the young adult population. Carin also practices at:

James Harvey

James received his bachelor's degree from BYU and his masters degree in physical therapy from University of the Pacific in California. He has worked for California Children's Services for the past 10 years and has completed many courses on wheelchair seating and positioning. James enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and attending BYU sporting events. James also practices at:

Mark Hodge

Mark is a Speech-Language Pathologist working with Intermountain Pediatric Rehabilitation at Orem Community Hospital. He received his Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Utah. Mark is a certified member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and has more than 15 years of experience with both geriatrics and pediatrics.

Melanie Javid Francis

Melanie is a pediatric speech-language pathologist who has been practicing in the pediatric field for the past five years. She is ASHA certified and maintains Utah state licensing. Melanie also practices at:

Emily Mitchell

Emily is our newest pediatric physical therapist working with Intermountain Pediatric Rehabilitation at Orem Community Hospital as well as Primary Children's Rehabilitation Ogden. She has completed CASCADE's Dynamic Ankle Foot Orthosis workshop.

Ben Norton

Ben is a physical therapist who has been practicing in the pediatric field for the past nine years. He specializes in childhood obesity.

Kelly Warner

Kelly is a pediatric physical therapist who has been practicing in the pediatric field for the past 12 years. He is certified in wheelchair seating/positioning as well as being RESNA certified ATP. Kelly also practices at:
