Driving Directions
Coming from the North
- Take I-15 south.
- Take exit 272 and turn left, heading east.
- Turn right onto 800 West.
- Continue for about a half a mile and turn left onto 400 North.
- In about a quarter of a mile, you will pass Geneva Elementary School.
- The Medical Office Building is located just east of the school.
- Turn into this parking lot and enter the building through the southwest entrance.

- Take exit 271 and turn right, heading east.
- Turn left onto 800 West.
