A concept 10 years in the making, the new Park City Medical Center will open September 15. Intermountain Healthcare’s newest facility is located in Quinn’s Junction.

The best of both worlds

Park City Medical Center truly offers the best of both worlds — extensive, first-rate medical services from experienced physicians and a stunning facility located in one of the world’s most celebrated resort communities.

Park City Medical Center not only offers topnotch medical care, but also an environment that is beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable, all working together in an effort to help patients heal. It’s part of Park City Medical Center’s effort to combine premier medical care in a caring and compassionate environment.

High-tech, high-touch medicine

As part of the Intermountain Healthcare system, Park City Medical Center will provide the highest quality medical care in the most effective and cost-efficient manner possible.

For example, Park City Medical Center’s 24-hour Emergency Department will be staffed with board certified emergency medicine doctors, one of whom is also fellowship-trained in pediatric emergency medicine.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer 24/7 emergency care to the Summit County area,” says Kris Kemp, MD, who oversees the Emergency Department. “We are equipped to handle any type of urgent condition, and a helipad is right outside our door should a patient require transport for more advanced care after being stabilized,” he adds. "For critical conditions, getting appropriate treatment started quickly is the most important thing we offer. We can do that here."
