    Robert Allen is chief executive officer of the Park City Medical Center. He has served as CEO of hospitals in Wyoming, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Utah, ​​and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. ​​

    He received his MBA from Utah State University and BS in operations management from Brigham Young University. An active member of his community, Robert has twice been chairman of the Wyoming Hospital Association, and has served on the boards of several chambers of commerce, foundations and other organizations. A native of Wyoming, Robert enjoys golf, skiing and hiking with his wife Becky and three children, Taylor, Teri, and Jami.

    Dr. Allen has been in private practice in Coalville and Kamas since 1984 and currently holds staff privileges at Park City Medical Center, Heber Valley Medical Center, McKay Dee Hospital, Primary Children’s Medical Center, University of Utah Hospital and Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. He and his wife of 39 years, Rebecca, are the proud parents of four children and three granddaughters.

    Barry Baker serves as the Chairman of the Board for Park City Medical Center and is Senior Advisor to Lee Equity.

    He has been a global communications and branding/internet executive for almost 40 years. Before joining Lee Equity in 2013, Barry served as a General Partner and Managing Director of Boston Ventures, specializing in the communications, entertainment, business information and health care. Before joining Boston Ventures, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of USA Networks and all USA Interactive properties. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sinclair Communications, overseeing the business of over 100 television and radio stations in 28 states. From 1989 to 1996, Barry was the CEO of River City Broadcasting, which he founded in 1989. Prior to these positions, his career began in management in cable, broadcast TV and radio broadcasting. Barry and his wife Amy actively enjoy Park City life. They have three children.

    Lynn D. Bleil joined the Park City Medical Center Governing Board in May 2014, after a 25+ year healthcare consulting career as a Senior Partner ​(Director) of McKinsey & Company, where she led the West Coast Healthcare Practice and advised senior management and Boards of leading healthcare services and life sciences companies on strategy, organization, and operations. ​

    She retired from McKinsey in December 2013 to pursue Board Director roles with private and public healthcare companies, and re-located with her family from Southern California to Park City. She is currently on the Board of two public companies - DST Systems (Kansas City, MO) and Auspex Pharmaceuticals (La Jolla, CA) - and also on the USSA Foundation Board of Trustees. Lynn holds a B.S.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lynn, her husband Rick, and son Jake enjoy all that Park City has to offer - especially skiing, hiking and music.

Throughout his career, Rich has facilitated the merger of several health benefit companies, served as president and CEO of Regional Insurance Managers, has been a managing partner of Scripworld (PBM), served as president of national sales for Performax and was president of national sales operations for Meritain Health, where he is now currently a managing director. Rich has lived in Park City for 16 years.

    Corey Chipman, MD, serves as the Medical Staff President for Park City Medical Center and is a member of Intermountain Healthcare's Hospitalist Development and ​Antimicrobial Stewardship Team. ​

Dr. Chipman feels he is blessed and therefore better represented by his wife, Heidi, and their four children – Lane, Burke, Grady, and Ezra.

    He has been active in international finance for over 30 years, advising and managing a variety of funds investing in emerging markets debt. He was responsible for African sovereign and corporate banking relationships at The Chase Manhattan Bank, helped establish the emerging markets corporate finance and fixed income teams at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and, in 1989, founded FH International Financial Services, Inc. In addition to his work in finance, Mr. Hermann has in recent years devoted significant time to biotech. He has been an investor since 2005 in a biotech startup, Curemark, LLC, and currently serves as one of its Directors. He is married, with 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

With degrees in nursing and communications, she’s authored more than a dozen articles published in journals such as the American Journal of Medicine, International Journal of Heart Transplantation, and Critical Care Quarterly. Currently, she serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA, Salt Lake City.

    He previously served as the Planning Director for Park City Municipal Corporation from 1995 to 2008, and was closely involved in the planning, development and execution of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. He has worked in some of the Mountain West’s most rapidly changing communities, including Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ., and Breckenridge, CO.

    Patrick holds a BS in geography with an applied emphasis in land use and urban planning and an MA in History with an emphasis in public history, both from Northern Arizona University. He is married to his wife Andrea and is the father of four sons.

    Most of her tenure at the resort has been spent serving in her current position as the Director of Marketing. Prior to her current position, she was the Communications Manager for the resort. She has been actively involved in the logistics coordination for Olympic, National and World skiing events. Ms. Reardon serves on the Utah Advisory Board for the Sundance Film Festival and the Board of the Youth Sports Alliance. She also serves on the Board of Director’s for CARMA (Comprehensive Arrhythmia Research and Management Center) at the University of Utah. In 2011, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Park City Women’s Business Network and in 2012 received a Utah Business SAMMY award. She is a native of California who resides in Park City, Utah.
  • Barry Walker

    Barry Walker is the Superintendent of Schools for the South Summit School District in Kamas Utah. ​

    Prior to becoming the Superintendent, Barry served as a Classroom Teacher, Elementary School Principal, Middle School Principal, District Educational Technology Director and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. He has held leadership positions in a variety of organizations including the Utah Secondary Schools Principal Association, Piute and South Summit EMT Associations and is currently serving on the Utah Education Network (UEN) Steering Committee. Barry and his wife Diane love the Uintah Mountains and living in Kamas. They take pleasure in serving their church and community groups. In their free time they enjoy traveling to visit their eight children and twenty-one grandchildren.
