Dr. Tom Rosenberg - Orthopedist, Knee Specialist, Preventive Health Researcher
Rosenberg grew up in Northern Utah. He attended the University of Utah Medical School in 1969. His orthopedic training occurred at the Universities of Utah and of Wisconsin in 1973 to 1978. In 1980 Rosenberg cofounded the Fitness Institute at LDS Hospital.
Rosenberg invented new arthroscopic techniques for repair of the menisci (1984), developed new tools and arthroscopic methods for ACL reconstruction (1987), which have been adopted worldwide. In 1997 he designed patellar implants and his technique for athletic knee replacement. In 1991 Dr. Rosenberg cofounded The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Salt Lake City. In 1998, Rosenberg and Dr. Vernon Cooley opened their orthopedic clinic in Park City, which became RCM.
Rosenberg founded Nutriex, in 1999. The ProHealth Lab in the Park City Medical Center became incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c)3 public corporation in 2008.

Rick Farnell
Though passionate about health and wellness, Rick's contributions are on the business side of ProHealth Lab. He's built a successful career in the Information technology industry by working in senior management positions across global services, sales, and operation business units. Rick has owned technology businesses and managed global accounts for many technology corporations such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard. Currently, Rick is President and Founder of Rapid Formation LLC and Rapid Formation Holding. Both companies help incubate, model, and scale startup technology companies. He also is owner and co-founder of Think Big Analytics.

Kathy Smith
Kathy has stood at the forefront of the fitness and health industries for more than thirty years with a collection of books, videos, audios and DVDs on walking, cardiovascular health, nutrition, strength training, yoga, pilates, menopause, dance, and all-things-exercise. Kathy is the spokesperson for the International Council on Active Aging, which unifies organizations dedicated to "changing the way we age" through education, facilities, programs and guidance.

Elizabeth A. Joy, MD, MPH, FACSM
Dr. Joy is the Medical Director for Clinical Outcomes Research at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City. In addition, Dr. Joy practices Family Medicine and Sports Medicine at the Avenues Specialty Clinic by LDS Hospital. She completed a Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Joy serves as Vice President for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and has held two terms of office on the Board of Trustees for the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. She serves on the "Exercise Is Medicine" task force for the ACSM, and the American Heart Association's Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism Committee. Dr. Joy has authored many journal articles and textbook chapters on a wide-variety of topics in sports medicine.

Jillian Vogtli
A two-time Olympian and 13-year member of the US Ski Team, Jillian Vogtli is passionate about disease prevention through lifestyle choices, thoughts and beliefs. She believes in both allopathic and homeopathic medicine. Jillian is a shamanic practitioner and is currently studying for her doctorate in natural health.

Carol Magie
Carol Magie is a physical therapist with a strong passion for healthy eating and living. Carol loves to be very active with yoga, mountain biking, trail running, golf, and all forms of skiing (water, alpine, and skate). As a mother of three, Carol understands staying physically active is the best preventive medicine.

Walter J. Plumb III
An attorney by trade, Walter graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 1972. Walter is also a developer of various real estate projects in the Wasatch Front including resorts, residential and commercial properties. Walter is well respected and has many strong relationships in the business community that will assist in the marketing and support of ProHealth Lab's mission. For Walter, being active physically is just as important as being active professionally. He enjoys running, snow and water skiing, and tennis.
