Research
Your successful wellness journey is our top priority at ProHealth Lab, and we work hard to make sure our educational tools and clinical practices are effective. Our ongoing research helps us track your progress and evaluate the success of our programs. This research also contributes to the growing body of knowledge that is helping us understand the importance of preventive health.
We use established data gathering and analysis techniques to track every client’s progress. We also depersonalize that information to protect client confidentiality and then use it to evaluate our clinical practices and their effectiveness in supporting wellness and healing.
Using surveys, clinical tests, and other methods we collect both objective and subjective data when you start the program, when you have been with us for three months, and again at six months.
We track and analyze your:
- Sleep habits
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Mood and attitude
- Physical measurements, such as weight and vital signs
- Lab data
On an individual basis, this information creates a detailed and accurate view of each person’s progress toward health and wellness. When applied collectively and anonymously, it helps ProHealth Lab understand trends and fine tune our education and clinical practices. These are two very important reasons that research is at the heart of what we do.
