This workshop is designed for Nurses, Nurse Practitioners,
Physicians, Residents, and Medical Students who may need to recognize and treat
pediatric shock. It will be hosted 3
times during the year: May 17, August 9, and November 8, 2013.
There is no cost for this workshop
for either Primary Children’s hospital staff who wish to attend or
Intermountain Healthcare Pediatric Nursing staff who would like to enroll. To enroll you must to be approved by your
department manager or educator. Space is
limited to 90 attendees and off-site parking is required.
An optional afternoon simulation session is available. Simulation is limited to 6 participants with
2 alternates, on a first registered first selected basis: To sign up for the simulation session, please select yes in the simulation
drop down menu during registration.

Physicians wishing to enroll are welcome to use the form below. There is a $25.00 participation fee. If you are not a physician, please use the other employee registration form.
