Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation holds four major fundraising events each year to raise funds for children at the hospital. These events are made possible by thousands of generous volunteers from the community.

Current Campaigns

Rite Aid Fundraising Campaign - March 24 to May 11, 2013
Visit your local Rite Aid and support Primary Children's Medical Center. Rite Aid locations throughout Utah are asking customers to donate $1 or more to buy a paper balloon in support of hospitalized children. 100% of the money donated comes to Primary Children's.

  • Festival of Trees

    Festival of Trees

    After 42 years, the Festival of Trees is a holiday tradition in Utah.  The Festival features more than 800 decorated trees, centerpieces, wreaths, mouth-watering goodies, a gift boutique, and entertainment for all ages.  All proceeds go to help patients and families at Primary Children’s.

  • Pennies by the Inch

    Pennies by the Inch

    September 15th – October 15th
    Pennies by the Inch® is the oldest door-to-door campaign in the United States, and the only door-to-door fundraising campaign sanctioned by Primary Children’s.  Every donation, down to the penny, goes directly to helping children at Primary Children’s. 

  • KSL Radiothon

    Primary Children's Radiothon

    Was held February 13 - 14, 2013
    For 37 years, KSL NewsRadio has generously provided on-air time and talent to tell the stories of the patients, families, and staff at Primary Children’s Medical Center. Over the years, more than $9 million has been raised from this event to help children at the hospital.

  • KSL Telethon

    Telethon

    The Children’s Miracle Network Telethon raises funds to continue the tradition of caring for needy children at Primary Children’s. KSL Channel 5 in Salt Lake City and KIDK Channel 3 in Idaho Falls both air local segments featuring children and their families who have been helped at Primary Children’s Medical Center.
