If you would like to visit us on the hospital campus, we are located in the main building, down the main hall.
Orders Placed Outside Of Business Hours
Orders must be submitted by 3:00pm daily. Any orders arriving after that time will be delivered on the next weekday, if patient is still here. No online orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday.
*Please note that orders placed outside our business hours will not be processed until the following gift shop business day.
*We do not ship outside of Utah.
How Store Proceeds Are Used
The Primary Children's Medical Center Gift Shop is not-for-profit. Profits from the gift shop are used to support patient needs.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item ordered cannot be delivered to the patient for any reason, the gift shop will contact you. You will be offered a substitution or refund.
Once an item has been delivered or picked up, it can be returned unused for exchange or refund within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt.
