Residencies & Internships

Primary Children's Medical Center is a nationally ranked pediatric center serving five states in the Intermountain West – Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Montana. The 235-bed facility is equipped and staffed to treat children with complex illness and injury.

Many medical students complete post-graduate training at Primary Children's Medical Center through internships and residency rotations.

  • Child Psychology Internship

    Each intern's experience is carefully designed with his or her supervisor to meet the intern's background, interests and needs. Treatment experiences offered include individual, group and family therapies.

  • Nurse Residency

    At Primary Children's Medical Center, we believe that nurses entering the specialty field of pediatrics require a unique skill set rooted in knowledge and critical thinking to achieve competence in a supportive environment.

  • Pediatric Residency
