Primary Children's Diabetes Clinic and diabetes self-management education program provide ongoing comprehensive interdisciplinary education and specialized care to children and adolescents with diabetes type 1 or type 2, and their families.
The clinic is located at the Primary Children's Outpatient Services Facility, located at 81 N. Mario Capecchi Dr. (across the street from Primary Children's Hospital, Salt Lake City, UT 84113).

Our Diabetes Educators are registered nurses (RN) and registered dietitians (RD). Diabetes Educators assist in teaching patients and their families how to manage diabetes in their daily lives in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
