Diabetes Clinic

Primary Children's Diabetes Clinic and diabetes self-management education program provide ongoing comprehensive interdisciplinary education and specialized care to children and adolescents with diabetes type 1 or type 2, and their families.

The clinic is housed at the Utah Diabetes Center in Research Park on the University of Utah campus.

Medical Director: Mary Murray, MD

Service provided under the direction of Primary Children's Medical Center. Physicians are faculty of the University of Utah School of Medicine.

Diabetes Educators

 

Our Diabetes Educators are registered nurses (RN) and registered dietitians (RD). Diabetes Educators assist in teaching patients and their families how to manage diabetes in their daily lives in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
