The pulmonary program at Primary Children's includes diagnostics and management of a wide spectrum of common and rare respiratory / lung disorders and conditions, such as these:
- Airway disorders
- Cystic Fibrosis
- Home tracheostomy and assisted ventilation
- Interstitial Lung Disease
- Respiratory problems associated with neuromuscular disorders
- General pulmonology
Diagnostic modalities that are available include pulmonary function testing, polysomnography (sleep study), and flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
