Orders Placed Outside Of Business Hours
All online orders will be processed Monday through Friday before 5 pm.
*Please note that orders placed outside our business hours will not be processed until the following gift shop business day.
*We do not ship outside of Utah.
How Store Proceeds Are Used
Riverton Hospital is a not-for-profit hospital. Proceeds from the Gift Shop are put right back into the hospital to improve our patient and visitor experience.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item ordered cannot be delivered to the patient for any reason, someone from the gift shop will contact you. You will be offered a substitution or refund. Once an item has been delivered or picked up, it can be returned unused for exchange or refund within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt (flower arrangements and balloon bouquets excluded).
