Women’s Center: Designed for Family-Centered Care

We’re practicing ‘family-centered care’ at Riverton Hospital, which means each newborn spends as much time as possible in mom’s room. Instead of taking the baby out for bathing or doing assessments, we’ll do it in the room. Mom and dad will be able to watch and learn and have more time to bond with their new child.
