What is Performance Sports Training?
Our program is focused on teaching the proper movement skills for your particular sport, along with the development of the physical requirements you need for optimal performance. The training program has been tested and proven to enhance athletic performance through increases in:
- Agility and cutting speed
- Recovery rates
- 40 and 60-yard dash times
- Vertical jump
- Hitting, kicking, and throwing velocity and accuracy
- Overall speed and power
- Confidence and self-esteem
