Pre-Diabetes Class
The pre-diabetes class is offered once each month at both the American Fork Hospital and at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
The Pre-Diabetes classes at Utah Valley Regional are automatically listed when you chose "find a class" below. To view the classes at American Fork Hospital, change the event location to American Fork Hospital.
Type 2 Diabetes Class
The Type 2 Diabetes class must be referred by a primary care physician. Classes are offered two times each month - an afternoon class from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and an evening class from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
