Throughout the year, Utah Valley Regional Medical Center features programs and events to engage community members to improve their heart-related health. The following programs are intended to provide the community with information, activities and resources that will help them live a healthier lifestyle.

  • 100-Day Heart Challenge

    A 100-day competition to see which woman in Utah County can make the most improvement in her heart health. Women are consulted by highly skilled heart physicians at the onset of the contest, then throughout the 100-day challenge.

  • Family Heart Fair

    The Family Heart Fair is a free event to promote heart-healthy habits for family members of all ages. Enjoy booths, exercise classes and expert speakers.​

  • HeartLink Program

    HeartLink offers a risk assessment to family members of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery. Knowing your HeartLink risk assessment results can help you make healthier choices for your heart.

  • Race For Red

    Each May, community members are invited raise awareness of heart disease by participating in the annual Race for Red 5K run/walk/stroll. The event takes place in Provo, right by Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
