Brian attended Kansas Newman University. He is an occupational therapist who specializes in hand therapy.
He is board certified in hand therapy and is a certified hand therapist. He has further training and certification in ASTYM and GRASTON therapy. He is based at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center's Outpatient Center and has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for seven years.

Chery Clark graduated from University of Southern California with a master's of physical therapy. Chery has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics including sports medicine, sports acceleration and spine since 1989. She practiced in Orange County, CA, for 10 years before joining Intermountain Healthcare in 2009.
Chery is certified in Graston Technique for augmented soft tissue mobilization. She is trained in rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI) and is a professional Pilates instructor. Chery is based at the Spine Treatment Center at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

Kirk Jorgenson graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. He received a master's degree in physical therapy from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Kirk is ASTYM certified. His area of emphasis is orthopedic conditions related to the extremities, ranging from patients with ankle sprains to those with total joint replacements. Kirk is based at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center's Outpatient Center.

Dan has a master's of physical therapy degree from Idaho State University. He has practiced for 10 years throughout the Intermountain Region in private practice with emphasis in treatment of outpatient orthopedics, sports and work related injuries.
Dan's area of interest lies in treatment of upper and lower extremity injuries. He is certified in Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization.

Gordon has a bachelor of science in occupational therapy from Eastern Michigan University. Gordon is the department manager and has been a practicing therapist for over 25 years.
He has obtained certification in hand therapy, ASTYM, GRASTON, and neuro developmental training. His primary practice interest is in the upper extremity injuries and disorders. He practices at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center's Outpatient Center as well as the American Fork Hospital Clinic.
Gordon Hines practices at:
MaryJane received a master's in exercise physiology at San Diego State University. She also received a master's in physical therapy at Idaho State University.
MaryJane has specialized in working with the spine for more than 15 years. She is ASTYM certified. MaryJane is working towards a clinical specialty certification in women's health as well as developing a Women's Health/Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Specialty Program at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. She is working on obtaining a doctor of physical therapy degree. She is based at the Spine Treatment Center at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
MaryJane Ligairi practices at:
David graduated with a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in 1988 and a master's and doctoral degree from the US Army/Baylor University Program in Physical Therapy in 1990 and 2008 respectively.
David is a board-certified orthopedic specialist in physical therapy since 1997 with recertification in 2007. He has worked in Intermountain Healthcare facilities since 1997 and now manages the Utah Valley Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic, the Spine Clinic and the Inpatient Acute Physical Therapy Clinic at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
David treats all regions of the body but specializes in working with headache, temporomandibular dysfunction of the jaw and spine disorders. He has extensive experience with manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization techniques and is actively involved in developing the profession of physical therapy through education and in professional physical therapy associations.
David Paulson practices at:
Lori graduated from San Jose State in California with a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. She has been a practicing therapist for 24 years and holds certification in lymphedema treatment through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
Lori has also obtained advanced training in breast cancer rehabilitation and newborn intensive care. She is based at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where she has worked for five years.
Lori Dillman practices at:
Tim graduated with master's degree in speech-language pathology from Brigham Young University. He earned a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology. He graduated as a medical speech-language pathologist from St. Luke's Hospital, Aberdeen, SD.
Tim completed his training in modified barium swallow studies and for endoscopic speech services including FEES (Fiber Optic Evaluation of Swallow) and videostroboscopy for voice assessment. He is certified in NMES for swallow with Vital-Stim and certified in LSVT-LOUD (Voice Treatment Program) for Parkinson's disease. He obtained BRS-S (ASHA board recognized specialist in swallowing and swallow disorders). Tim has nearly 25 years experience in neuro-rehabilitation with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the following: aphasia, TBI, neurogenic speech disorders, dysphagia, attention/concentration deficits, memory impairment.
Tim works with all aspects of dysphagia and voice disorders. Tim is based at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
Timothy Grotegut practices at:
Tyler received his Master’s of physical therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2002, where he performed original research focusing on reaching tasks for individuals with ataxia. He worked full-time in the home health arena for two and a half years before joining the rehabilitation staff on Utah Valley Regional Medical Center’s Neurotrauma Unit. He has a passion for neurotrauma rehabilitation and specializes in stroke.
Tyler helped create the Stroke Specialty Committee and is the current chair of the committee. The Stroke Speciality Committee is a community-based stroke advocacy group (UVSA). He is pursuing his neurologic certified specialist (NCS) certification from the APTA.
Tyler Huish practices at:
Jory completed his bachelor's degree at Utah Valley University in May 2007 in business management and Psychology, and then went on to graduate from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, with a Master's Degree in occupational therapy.
During his last semester of occupational therapy school, Jory designed and planned a sensory horse riding trail for children in Beaverton, Oregon, and created a business plan for a driving rehabilitation center.
In September 2011, Jory became a certified lymphedema therapist. In November 2011, he became certified in the Graston Technique method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Jory is seeking specialization in Parkinson's disease and certification in LSVT BIG.
Jory Liddiard practices at:
Rhonda graduated from the University of Utah in physical therapy in 1984 and received her Master's in the post-professional physical therapy program at Rocky Mountain University in 2003. She has specialized in neurological rehabilitation throughout her career and is currently seeking the Neurology Clinical Specialist Certification.
Rhonda has extensive experience and training in stroke, brain injury, balance, amputation and prosthetic rehabilitation. She also has an interest in furthering her skills in vestibular rehabilitation.

Jim received his bachelor of science from the University of Utah in Speech and Hearing Science.
He treats a variety of adult patients in the acute, rehabilitation and outpatient setting. He has training and expertise in the areas of language, cognition, speech, fluency, Parkison's Disease (voice) and dysphagia.
Jim is a LSVT Loud certified (voice training for patients with Parkinson's Disease), is FEES certified (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow) and has a special interest in childhood and adolescent stuttering.

Adrianne graduated from the University of Michigan with her bachelor's degree in movement science and a PhD in physical therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago. Adrianne has a wide variety of clinical experience from pediatrics and geriatrics to acute care and sports medicine.
Adrianne Musick practices at:
Alan graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Since 2004, he has focused his interest in treating patients with balance impairments and dizziness symptoms.
Alan is also associated with the evaluation and treatment of acute inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation patients at Utah Valley Rehabilitation Center. He is working with therapists throughout the state to develop protocols for treating patients with balance problems. As part of the team treating these patients, he is associated with ENT physicians and audiologists.
Alan Nybo practices at:
Paul Osborn entered the field of medical speech pathology with a great desire to help others overcome difficult challenges in their lives. He moved to Provo, Utah, to attend college at Brigham Young University, where he received his Master's degree. He began working for Intermountain Healthcare in 1988.
He enjoys working in neuro rehabilitation and specializes in areas of swallowing disorders, voice disorders, memory and cognitive dysfunction in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He holds certification in LSVT-Loud (for treatment of Parkinson’s Disease related voice disorders) and FEES (for evaluation of swallow disorders). He loves living in Utah and spends a lot of time in the outdoors with his family and volunteering in the community and for his church.

Deanna graduated in psychology from Indiana University and received a master's degree in occupational therapy from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Deanna specializes in the evaluation of driving skills for patients who have sustained an injury or illness affecting their driving skills, or impairments secondary to advanced age that may affect driving skills. She also specializes in community integration training and rehabilitation for vision deficits. She previously worked with outpatient pediatrics and early intervention. She is based at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center where she has worked for 18 years.
Deanna Peabody practices at:
LeAnn graduated with a master's degree in speech-language pathology in 1985 and began working for Intermountian Healthcare as a medical speech and language pathologist in 1986.
She has over 24 years experience in neuro-rehabilitation, providing services for all generations. LeAnn has extensive experience in an acute hospital setting, neuro rehabilitation, outpatient services, home healthcare, consultant and extended care facilities with emphasis on the treatment and diagnosis of aphasia, neurogenic speech disorders, dysphagia and cognitive impairment.
LeAnn Reeves practices at:
Shane completed a bachelor's degree in exercise science at Brigham Young University. He received his master's degree in physical therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He has specialized in neurologic diagnoses for the past 15 years and is seeking a neurologic certification specialty through the APTA.
Shane is trained and certified in the physical treatment of Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke and traumatic brain injuries. He is an experienced seating wheelchair evaluation specialist.
Shane is based in the Neuro-Rehabilitation Department at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

Jared Bumgardner graduated from the University of Utah with a doctorate of audiology. He works with many different populations ranging from adults to pediatrics. He has experience with many different areas of audiology, including basic audiometry, hearing aids, balance assessments and diagnosis of hearing loss in pediatric patients.
He began his career working in Salt Lake County at Intermountain Medical Center, LDS hospital, Alta View Hospital and Riverton Hospital. His expertise and test results will be a valuable tool to assist you in managing your patients with hearing, tinnitus and dizziness disorders.

April graduated from BYU in 2002 with a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and works at Orem Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders, including articulation, receptive and expressive language, autism, apraxia of speech, cognitive therapy, and pragmatic language therapy.
April Crystal practices at:
Kelly Dick received his doctoral degree from Brigham Young University and has practiced with Intermountain for more than 28 years. His areas of expertise include diagnostic, balance and amplification. Kelly serves as the Governor's Committee chairperson for Oversight Newborn Hearing Screenings and the chair of the Utah State Task Force for Newborn Hearing Screenings.

Brad Middleton, MS, CCC-A, has more than 15 years of professional experience in hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting. He received his bachelor's degree in speech and hearing science and his master's degree in audiology from the University of Utah.
Brad has been the staff audiologist at American Fork Hospital since 1995. Brad helped set up the Newborn Hearing Screening Program at the hospital. He is actively involved managing the Newborn Hearing Screening Program and provides diagnostic hearing evaluations for area doctors, including pediatricians, family practice, internal medicine and otolaryngology.
Brad enjoys fitting hearing aids and staying abreast on the newest technologies. He has a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Tyler received his Master’s of physical therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2002, where he performed original research focusing on reaching tasks for individuals with ataxia. He worked full-time in the home health arena for two and a half years before joining the rehabilitation staff on Utah Valley Regional Medical Center’s Neurotrauma Unit. He has a passion for neurotrauma rehabilitation and specializes in stroke.

Paul Osborn entered the field of medical speech pathology with a great desire to help others overcome difficult challenges in their lives. He enjoys working in neuro rehabilitation and specializes in areas of swallowing disorders, voice disorders, memory and cognitive dysfunction in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
