"The [Sports Performance Training] program helped me get to the Super Bowl in 2005. I worked throughout the off-season with them and a few of my former BYU teammates and we ran like jack rabbits on the high speed treadmills. It improved my foot speed, endurance and was a huge benefit to my overall conditioning. I would encourage any athlete to use this system to prepare for their sport. You will not be disappointed. Bring your lunch pail because it is going to be some hard work. If you are afraid of hard work then I would suggest you pick something else.
