Our trainers use a variety of training methods to help athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds to achieve greater success.

    Treadmill Training

    Essential to every sport is running ability, and the treadmills used in the Sports Performance Training center are able to be inclined, and the speed controlled to promote different training environments.

    The trainers at Utah Valley Sports Performance Training use plyometrics to help athletes become more explosive through jumping exercises.

    Our trainers work with athletes to develop habits and techniques that will optimize strength, agility and power, and avoid easily preventable injuries.

    The Utah Valley Sports Performance Training program uses weight training and core strengthening to help reduce the chance of injury during physical activity.
