Dian Thomas

Dian Thomas began her amazing career with an appearance on the Tonight show starring Johnny Carson, and the simultaneous publication of her first book, Roughing It Easy. Since then, she has been a regular on NBC’s Today show for eight years and has made thousands of guest appearances on national television, radio, and cable programs. She is the author of 19 books and continues to share her secrets for creative living with audiences worldwide—most recently she has been picked up as a regular on Home and Family on the Hallmark Channel. 


Rachel Higginson

Rachel Higginson

Rachel Higginson, a dietitian and sports nutritionist, works with student athletes at Brigham Young University to help them make healthy food choices to improve athletic performance as well as to create healthy habits for life. She also co-teaches Health 201 and provides team education as well as individual consultations on a variety of topics like athletic performance, weight loss, meal planning, disordered eating and diabetes nutrition. A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, Rachel attended school at BYU, graduating in 2003. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and as a wellness/clinical dietitian at the Central Utah Clinic and Provo Canyon School.

Lindsey Mathews, owner of Moxie Full Body Fitness, has been running Utah County's most popular boot camp camp program for the last five years and also has an online fitness coaching program where she coaches clients from all over the nation writing personalized meal plans and workout plans catered to the individual client's goals and lifestyle. She has helped numerous clients reach their health and fitness goals, whether it be fat loss, building muscle, or overall health and wellness.

Susan Steffen, MD

Susan Steffen, MD

Susan Steffen, MD is the medical director of the Utah Valley Women's Center. She graduated from BYU in 1972, received her MD degree from the University of Utah and completed an OB/GYN residency at Harvard. Dr. Steffen has also completed training in pelvic reconstructive surgery and urogynecology.  She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a diplomat in the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American Urogynecologic Society and the North American Menopause Society.
