Cancer Center Expansion

Valley View Medical Center is currently expanding The Sandra L. Maxwell Cancer Treatment Center.  This $1,200,000 addition will add four new exam rooms, a new chemotherapy mixing room, a new infusion clinic; as well as a separate chemotherapy infusion suite, each having their own entrances and waiting rooms. This expansion will allow our already full complement of life-saving services to be administered in one localize area of our campus eliminating unnecessary transport of some of our most fragile patients.  The hospital plans to have the expansion completed and open to the public early 2012.

The Foundation Board has committed to fund $200,000 of this expansion and is actively seeking donations from our community. We have currently raise $30,000 from Valley View Medical Center employees and have secured a private donation of $100,000 towards funding this project. Also through this year's Golf Tournament and Gala Dinner and Auction we raised and additional $65,000 to put towards this cancer expansion.

Although we are close to reaching our Board goal we still have room naming opportunities available with permanent recognition. If you would like more information about helping us with this project, or the Holiday Jubilee please contact the Foundation.
