LiVe Well Teen Fitness is brought to Utah schools by Intermountain Healthcare
Intermountain is committed to providing this preventative health education program to the communities we serve. One major part of that goal is to change attitudes of teens and adolescents ages 11-15, by making it "cool" to be more active, watch less TV, shorten video game play, and make healthier food choices.
All of the cool handouts, posters, and healthy habits trackers can be downloaded from this location to help support your efforts toward a healthier lifestyle.
LiVe Well Just Jumpin' Team performs at major professional and college half-times shows, as well as in assemblies for elementary and middle schools.
To encourage kids to give more thought about what they eat, we present the traveling LiVe Well Vending Machine, and we bring it to Utah schools free of charge.
Thought provoking and fun, LiVe Well — The 8 Healthy Habits is musical theater that uses light-hearted comedy to show students it's cool to be healthy.
