Dr Hancey is a native Utahn. He is a Utah State alumnus, received his medical medical degree at the University of Utah, and returned to Utah in 2001 after his Family Medicine residency in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr Hancey is a member of several medical organizations. He has a particular interest in preventative medicine, endurance sports medicine, and in caring for children and adolescent patients. He and his wife have four children. They love living in Utah where they can enjoy all that the mountains and red rocks can offer. Running marathons, hiking, and traveling are some of the things they enjoy to keep active.
