Personal Statement

I am the newly hired Director of Operations at the Homer Warner Center for Informatics Research at Intermountain Healthcare. I plan to leverage my experience in Pharmaceutical Research and Operations Management to support the creation of new synergies and partnerships focused around the medical informatics expertise that the Homer Warner Center possesses. I am a PhD scientist by training and have worked for 14 years within Biomedical Research and Management. I value a culture of enthusiasm, personal accountability, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. My current business goals include driving new initiatives, cultivating innovative solutions, and providing direction to the teams that make differences in the lives of patients.
