Calendar Contest

Intermountain Life Flight is looking for photo submissions for our 2013 Life Flight Calendar.

Over the years, our friends and colleagues from public safety agencies and hospitals have provided some truly outstanding photographs for the annual Life Flight calendar. We are again looking for high quality pictures for the 2013 Life Fight calendar. Photos that are selected will receive a Life Flight t-shirt and hat.

Requirements

• Photos should be the highest resolution possible: 2 megapixels or greater.
• Please include the name of the photographer, the date, and the location where the photos were taken.
• Please keep in mind HIPAA patient privacy rules when submitting your photos.
