- Utah County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue Team
Utah County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team was formed in 1991 to fill an ever increasing need for specialized and technical search and rescue in the backcountry of Utah County. As the county grew, and more and more people were recreating in the backcountry, the team evolved to provide responses to all types of emergencies.
- Santaquin EMS
The city of Santaquin, Utah is located about seventy miles south of Salt Lake City. Originally called Summit City because of its location at the summit dividing line between Utah and Juab valleys, it was settled in late 1851.
- Beaver Ambulance Service
Beaver Ambulance has been serving its citizens numbering 2,500 and guests of Beaver for thirty-three years.
- Emery County Sheriff's Search & Rescue
The Emery County Sheriff's Posse has been serving their community since becoming a non-profit corporation in 1958.
- Grand County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue
The Grand County Search and Rescue team is the busiest Search and Rescue group in the State of Utah.
- South Summit Ambulance
South Summit has been a volunteer EMS agency for more than 32 years.
- Box Elder County Sheriff's Search & Rescue
This agency was originally created in 1960 by a group of individuals with Jeeps and good intentions.
- Lyman Fire Department
This department provides firefighting and first responder services for an area of approximately 700 square miles.
- Morgan Ambulance
Their first ambulance purchase was in February of 1944 for the cost of $1,688.
- Tooele County Sheriff's Department
Sheriff Frank Park and Chief Deputy Ron Matekel manage a department of 70 officers and staff in Patrol, Jail, Investigations, Administration, Dispatch, Animal Control, Search and Rescue, Hazmat, SWAT and Court Security.
- Wendover Ambulance Service
Being isolated from medical support, Wendover EMT's have become very skilled in patient assessment, IV's, supportive care during long transports, arrhythmia identification and patient stabilization.
- Sunset Fire Department

- Price Communications Center
Located in Southeastern Utah, the Price Consolidated Dispatch Center is a 9-1-1 PSAP providing communication services for 33 state and local agencies.
