Salt Lake City — Intermountain Healthcare has again been ranked as the one of the nation’s top integrated health systems, receiving the third highest score in an annual study of healthcare organizations.
The ranking was announced in this week’s issue of Modern Healthcare magazine. The study was conducted by SDI, a Pennsylvania-based health information company, and examined 570 health systems around the nation. The annual list rates local and regional healthcare systems on factors such as clinical quality, operations, efficiency, and breadth of services.
Intermountain has rated first, second, or third in each of the last 10 years.
