Insurance Information

• SelectHealth – Member pays ExpressCare Clinic charges at time of service. SelectHealth will be notified of charges and reimburse members according to regular office visit benefit, which includes deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance. Reimbursement will be sent by SelectHealth.
• DMBA – Welcome members! You have a benefit plan for ExpressCare clinics. When you leave the clinic, the provider will give you a copy of your clinic visit which you can submit to DMBA to be processed to receive your discount.
• MGIS – Members must present their current MGIS insurance card. An arrangement with MGIS allows members to be treated after paying a $10.00 co-payment.
• All other insurance plans – When patients choose to submit their claims, most insurance plans will reimburse their members for the cost of an ExpressCare visit (or apply the amounts to applicable deductibles and copays).
• Medicare – We bill traditional Medicare directly. We do not bill Medicare replacement or advantage plans.
• Medicaid – We do not bill Medicaid.
