Rhinoplasty or nose reshaping is designed to refine features that are not acceptable to you. Ideally, rhinoplasty does not give you someone else's nose, but makes yours better.
Eyelid lift or Blepharoplasty can be performed on the upper eyelids and lower eyelids to refresh a tired or aged look. Upper eyelids can be done in the office under local anesthesia. Lower eyelids are typically done in the operating room as it is often combined with a cheek lift.
Face lifting is a powerful tool to turn back the clock ten to twenty years. It tightens the jawline and smooths the face to reverse signs of aging. Dr. Isom performs tightening of the deep tissues in the face providing long lasting and natural results.
Neck lift is often combined with a facelift, but can be done alone. Tightening of the neck muscles and redraping of the skin provides a smooth and firm neck contour. Excess fat is removed where needed.
There are a variety of procedures available to raise sagging eyebrows and soften forehead wrinkles. Many procedures can be done in the office under local anesthesia, and others are done in the operating room. Eyebrow position is elevated, giving a naturally rested, and refreshed look. Eyes often look brighter after forehead lifting.
Lip augmentation restores lip volume that is lost with aging or fills lips that are naturally thin. Filler injection (Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm) or fat grafting is typically used to provide fuller, attractive lips.
Skin cancer treatment can leave wounds on the face that can be quite distressing. Dr. Isom provides reconstructive techniques that restore form and function. Scars are minimized and it is often difficult to tell any surgery was performed once the tissues fully heal. Most skin cancer reconstruction can be performed in office under local anesthesia.
Dr. Isom also performs reconstruction of facial fractures and injuries from trauma.

Otoplasty or ear pinning returns prominent ears to a more natural position. Ears that are prominent are usually caused by improperly developed folds. Otoplasty is usually performed after age 5 to allow for growth of the ear. The operation recreates the natural folds of the ear and is done through hidden incisions.
