The LiVe Well Center - Salt Lake City is a premier preventive medicine center providing the most convenient and comprehensive one-day health evaluations and executive physicals in the Intermountain West.

Founded over 25 years ago by board-certified cardiologist Frank Yanowitz, MD and exercise physiologist Ted Adams, PhD, the LiVe Well Center assesses and manages health and lifestyle risk factors for chronic disease, with an emphasis on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes.
