Well Child Schedule
This general program is designed to help you know when various services should be performed to help maintain the health and wellness of your child.
4 - 7 Days: Newborn follow-up appointment
2 - 3 Weeks: Check-up and newborn screening
2, 4, & 6 Months: Check-up and immunizations
9 Months: Check-up, hemoglobin check
12, 15 - 18 Months: Check-up and immunizations
2, 3, & 4 Years: Check-up and immunizations
Kindergarten: Check-up, vision check, urine dip, and immunizations
After Kindergarten, annual check-ups are recommended for all children.
