What if I need a prescription refilled?
You can now request a prescription refill online from an Intermountain pharmacy. You can also check the status of your refill online.
Or, you can call the office to have your prescription refilled. Prescription refills are filled during regular office hours. You can also call your pharmacy to have them send the request as well. Prescriptions are filled daily around noon and after 4:00 p.m. After requesting a refill, we ask that you check with your pharmacy at the end of the day. We do require a 24 hour notice.
What if I need a form completed?
All forms take at least a week to process and complete. Depending on the extent and complication of your form, a fee will be collected before completion.
