Intermountain Healthcare/AmeriNet is a subsidiary of Intermountain Health Care. It offers contracts for products and services to help health care providers reduce costs, improve quality and increase effectiveness. In 1986, it established AmeriNet, a national group purchasing organization (GPO) and remains as one of three shareholders. Currently, it represents Intermountain Health Care in the development and marketing of the AmeriNet program in the western United States.
