Intermountain Healthcare

Intermountain Healthcare Foundation

The Intermountain Healthcare Foundation began with an endowment for the purpose of benefiting community agencies and organizations with funding for healthcare related projects.

Agency qualification

The Foundation furthers the mission of Intermountain Healthcare in Utah and southern Idaho by providing grants for (in order of priority):

  1. primary healthcare activities, such as clinics for the medically under-served and Intermountain's community and school clinics; with primary healthcare being defined as care utilizing a healthcare provider for medical, dental, or mental health;
  2. pregnant women/newborn children healthcare programs;
  3. children's healthcare programs; and
  4. other programs related to Intermountain's healthcare mission.

If your program falls into one of the above categories, you are invited to fill out an application for funding.

To honor your time and energy in preparing the grant application and to honor the time and energy of the Board in reviewing it, please don't apply unless your program or project fits into one of the categories listed above. If you have any questions as to whether or not your project qualifies, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
