Allergy Clinic

The Allergy Clinic at American Fork Hospital is housed in the Multi-Specialty Clinic. This outpatient clinic enables physician specialists from outside American Fork to see patients on a rotating basis and offers care for women and children, as well as other specialty care services for patients of all ages.

Our allergy specialist, Henry Yeates, MD, has been treating patients of all ages in his allergy practice for more than 20 years. He is trained in evaluation, physical and laboratory diagnosis and management of disorders involving hypersensitive states of the immune system.

Conditions treated include:
  • asthma
  • anaphylaxis
  • rhinitis
  • eczema
  • adverse reactions to drugs, foods and insect stings
  • immune deficiency diseases - both acquired and congenital
The patient can also be tested for allergic reactions to pollens, molds, foods, grass and animal dander.

  • Patient appointments are available every other Wednesday.
  • Call (801) 226-3600 and request that your visit be made at American Fork Hospital.
The Multi-Specialty Clinic is located in the hospital main lobby area and can be reached by entering the main entrance.
