Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

At American Fork Hospital, our physical, occupational and speech therapists work together for the benefit of the patients we serve. As a satellite campus of the Utah Valley Rehabilitation Center at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, we provide physical therapy and outpatient rehabilitation as well as a wide spectrum of programs and services.

Treatment
Physical therapy and rehabilitation programs are developed for conditions such as:

Stroke
Head injury
Spinal cord injury
Multiple trauma
Amputation
Arthritis
Back/neck/hand injury
Neuromuscular disorder
Arthritis
Orthopedic injury

A team approach
Our highly trained rehabilitation team develops individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and requirements of each patient. Our treatment team and supportive services include physiatrists (rehab physicians), rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language therapists, social workers, audiologists, respiratory therapists and vocational counselors.

The American Fork Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is a separate building located on the northeast corner of the hospital campus.
