Job Description

Rehabilitation therapists improve or restore sick, injured or disabled patients, by therapeutic measures and reeducation, to participation in the activities of a normal life.
  • Audiologist: works with patients who have hearing, balance, and related ear problems.
  • Speech Therapist: assesses and treats those with swallowing, speech, language, voice and fluency disorders.
  • Occupational Therapist: help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
  • Occupational Therapist Assistant: work under the direction of occupational therapists to provide rehabilitative services to patients.
  • Physical Therapist: provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant: performs components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist.
