Information specifically designed for patients and family members, that provides additional support and resources to help with hospitalization.
Case Managers
A nurse case manager is available to help patients and families with complex health care needs, identifying hospital, financial and post-hospitalization resources. The case manager coordinates with other members of the health care team in making arrangements for the patient. Another element of the case manager's role is to provide information regarding community resources. Please ask your nurse or contact the nursing station about a nurse case manager to assist with your care.
Social Services
A medical social worker is available to help you and your family members. The social worker can provide counseling, help loved ones better understand your medical care needs, and help plan your discharge and return home. The social worker can also assist with housing, transportation or help in providing other assistance you may need. For assistance in contacting a social worker, contact the nursing station.
Patient Relations
Our staff is available to assist with any aspect of your stay. The staff wants to know if you have concerns about such things as the cleanliness and comfort of your room, the quality of your meals, and if you receive courteous and prompt care from our employees. If you have questions about your treatment or room accommodations, contact the nursing station anytime, or call administration through the main hospital number at (208) 678-4444, weekdays 8am-5pm.
Clergy & Pastoral Care
Our hospital works with local religious leaders to help meet the spiritual needs of patients and family members. If you or your family would like information about services, or if you want a member of the clergy to visit, contact the nursing station.
Translation Services
For information about translation services, including signing for the deaf, contact the nursing station about your language needs.
