Intermountain Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a support program that employers purchase for their employees and family members. The program provides free, confidential counseling; help with caregiver issues; and 24-hour crisis services. Supervisors can receive consultations about difficult employee situations, team building and WorkLife Wellness classes.
