Intermountain's Employee Assistance Program is a valuable partner for supervisors in dealing with difficult employee situations. We can also help build healthy, effective teams through services, tools, and free personal development classes.
Supervisor Services
- Crisis Services
EAP counselors are available to support supervisors and staff when crisis occur at work.
- Employee Referrals
When an employee has performance problems, a supervisory referral to EAP may be helpful.
- Fitness for Duty
This program assists supervisors with impaired employees.
- Consultations
Supervisors can consult with an EAP counselor about difficult employee situations.
- Training & Team Building
Skill-building classes for the supervisor and the team are available.

WorkLife Wellness Classes
