Training
Supervisor Support classes assist supervisors with their everyday workplace challenges. Each year these topics are updated to address current workplace concerns. Classes last about 60 minutes and can be scheduled by calling (801) 442-3509 or 1-800-832-7733.

Team Development
To create effective teams, the EAP can assist the supervisor in team assessment and team interventions. These services may address a good team that wants to be even better or a team that is struggling with communication and conflict. Supervisors can call and discuss the situation with an EAP counselor.
