Patient Tower & Trauma Center

The J.L. Sorenson Patient Tower, where the Roy W. & Elizabeth E. Simmons Trauma & Emergency Center is located, was strategically designed to improve care for acute patients. It will serve the most acute cases; severely injured and critically ill patients, as well as complicated cases or special circumstances that require extensive medical care.

"Our commitment is to provide the best possible service quality care we can to each and every member of the state of Utah who arrives to us with a traumatic injury," says Suzanne Day, trauma program manager.
