The Health and Fitness Institute offers a 6 hour executive physical for employers and employees. This positive, cost-effective alternative to the after-the-fact approach to health care helps participants not just get well, but stay well - an approach to employee health that promotes productivity, cost savings and is often a recruitment and retention benefit.

The Executive Health Program is tailored to accommodate the unique health care requirements and time constraints of executives and other valued employees. Emphasis is placed on early detection, prevention of illness, and modification of potential harmful risk factors.

The Health & Fitness Institute also offers corporate discounts based on the number of executives that participate in the Comprehensive Health Evaluation over a year period. Be sure to ask about our discount program when enrolling your organization.

Payment and Insurance Information

Full payment is appreciated the day of service, unless there is a pre-arranged agreement through your employer. We accept personal checks, cash, and all major credit cards.

Our administrative staff can give you the necessary information to file an insurance claim. Because the Health and Fitness Institute procedures are preventive in nature, the costs of the procedures may not be covered by insurance. If you expect your insurance company to cover part or all of your examination costs, we highly recommend that you check with your insurance company before scheduling your appointment. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance will and will not cover.

We are not authorized to bill Medicare. If you are a Medicare patient, we will ask you to sign a "Medicare Waiver" and we appreciate full payment the day of your assessment.
