The Rehabilitation Center offers multiple levels of rehabilitation, including the inpatient Neuro Specialty Rehab Unit, comprehensive outpatient therapy, day treatment and follow-up through the rehabilitation medicine clinic.Our interdisciplinary team of specialists work together with patients and families to establish goals, select appropriate treatment, and provide the skills and training necessary to help each patient return home.

To provide the best clinical rehabilitation practices at the lowest appropriate cost with the highest caring and concern for patients admitted into IHC's Salt Lake Valley hospitals.

The LDS Hospital Rehabilitation Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
