Training

Healthcare professionals will provide the following training for educators at no charge. For more information or to register for a class, call the Education Center at Logan Regional Hospital at (435) 716-5310.

Basic First Aid and CPR Training. This 6-hour course is designed for first responders to emergencies in the workplace, community, or day care setting. Includes adult, child, and infant CPR. Certification by the American Heart Association is good for two-years upon completion. Class size is limited to 10-12 participants. Training is free for educators. Manual cost is $15.

CPR Certification. This 6-hour course covers CPR skills and use of AEDs for treating adults, children, and infants. Two-year certification by the American Heart Association upon completion. Free for educators and staff. Manual cost is $15. Class sizes limited to 10-12 participants.
