Giving Opportunities

Thank you for your contribution.
Your generous gift helps the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation support the highest standard of healthcare by funding important services, technology, and charity care. Working together, we are expanding Cache Valley's healthcare horizons.

Donations are tax deductible.
The Logan Regional Hospital Foundation offers the following annual donor levels. Any amount is appreciated and worthwhile.

Bronze ($5-$199)
Silver ($200-$499)
Gold ($500-$999)
Platinum ($1,000 +)

Many giving options are available, including those listed below. Contributions can be made to meet the area of greatest need, or directed to a specific program or service. You can also make your gift in honor or memory of a loved one.

WAYS TO GIVE

Online Giving. Information regarding your credit card is securely encrypted for transmission when you give to the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation online. You will receive an email response message to confirm your donation and to use as your receipt.

Cash gifts. Cash or check is the simplest way to support the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation. Please make checks payable to Logan Regional Hospital Foundation. Donations may be mailed or brought to the Foundation.

Payroll deduction. If you are an employee of Intermountain Healthcare or another participating employer, you can have your contribution deducted directly from your paycheck. This allows your donation to be spread throughout the year. Consider donating the equivalent of 60 minutes per pay period or 30 minutes per pay period. Any amount is appreciated.

In-kind donations. An in-kind donation can significantly assist the Foundation's efforts to improve healthcare.

Endowment funds. Endowments, an attractive way to make a permanent contribution, provide steady income to ensure that the goals of Logan Regional Hospital Foundation are achieved. Endowments are invested in such a way as to continue to generate funds in perpetuity, as only the annual interest earnings are spent.

Planned giving. Through a bequest or a planned gift, your generosity is an important legacy for the future and will make a difference long after your lifetime. You will assist Logan Regional Hospital to remain on the cutting edge of medical progress and provide world-class healthcare for Cache Valley residents for many decades into the future. Some planned gifts also provide increased income for you or another person, and may reduce income and estate taxes.

Tribute gifts. Gifts in memory of a family member or friend, in honor of an individual, or in recognition of a special occasion express what words alone cannot and provide important support for the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation.

Matching gifts. Some employers have matching gift programs through which your generosity can dramatically increase your overall contribution. Before you make your contribution, you should check to see if your employer participates in a matching gift program.
