Types of Treatment
There are a variety of treatment options at McKay-Dee Hospital available to patients admitted to the Hospital for an emergency. Clot reducing and cholesterol lowering medications such as thrombolytics, beta blockers or ACE inhibitors are sometimes given to patients with heart problems. These medications help prevent further cardiac events or reoccurrences.
The hospital also has state-of-the-art digital imaging services including CT and MRI testing.
