Weigh to Health classes to begin January 29

Provo, Utah—Anyone looking to lose weight and learn a healthier lifestyle is encouraged to attend the upcoming Weigh to Health classes at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

The classes will be taught in the hospital's Northwest Plaza Clark Auditorium every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for 12 weeks starting January 29. This educational course focuses on weight loss and healthy lifestyles that will help participants fight the battle against obesity.

Cost for the course is $225, which includes 12 months of follow-up classes after the initial 12-week course. Due to limited space, pre-registration and total payment is required prior to beginning the classes. Please call 357-8143 to register.

For SelectHealth members, SelectHealth will reimburse $200 per calendar year for weight loss education. To be eligible for reimbursement, you must actively participate in the program and meet certain goals. For more information about this reimbursement, please call 357-8143.
