Visitor Data Privacy Statement
This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices of Taleo (formerly Recruitsoft) with regard to the web site hosted by Taleo on behalf of IHC Health Services, Inc. (The "Web Site") and confirms that Taleo is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build visitors' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because Taleo wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

TRUSTe will then serve as a liaison with the Web Site to resolve your concerns.

Information Collection and Use
IHC Health Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Intermountain Health Care, is the sole owner of all personal information collected on the Web Site. Taleo will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Taleo collects information from visitors at several different points on the Web Site.

Log Files
Taleo uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track visitors' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Taleo owns this information and does not associate any of this information with individual visitors.

Sharing
Taleo may share aggregated demographic and transactional information with potential partners and customers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person or company.

Career section registration
The Candidate Profiler portion of the Web Site requires a valid email address as a login. This permits you to be contacted if your preferences match with job opportunities available at the Web Site. Except for a valid email address and geographical location information all other information submitted is optional and voluntary. The visitor may equally choose to opt out from receiving future job offerings. Candidates may also voluntarily choose to attach their resume to their profile. Information supplied is stored in a secure database and viewing by Taleo employees is limited to employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., a customer services representative).

Anonymous registration
Candidates may choose to search and/or apply anonymously for jobs posted on the Web Site. A visitor may register with the Candidate Profiler as an Anonymous candidate, by simply providing a valid email address and geographical location information. Any other information is given on a voluntary basis; information is stored in a secure database and viewing by Taleo employees is limited to employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., a customer services representative).

"Send this job to a friend" option
Any job posted on the Web Site may be forwarded to someone else by clicking on the "Send this job to a friend" link at the bottom of each job description. The visitor must provide the recipient's email address and an email address for themselves. The content of the subject line is not modifiable to prevent spamming. This information serves only to forward the job description to the recipient and to let them know who sent it. The visitor may also include a brief message to the recipient. None of the information in this option is recorded or used for any other purpose.

Security
Taleo takes every precaution to protect visitors' information. When visitors submit sensitive information via the Web Site, your information is protected as stated above, both online and off-line.

When our job application form asks visitors to enter personal information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the encryption software standard in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our job application form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers, such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.' While Taleo uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, Taleo also does everything in its power to protect visitor information off-line. All visitors' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in its offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative or sales representative) are granted access to personal information. Taleo employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on current security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, Taleo employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance Taleo places on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that Taleo stores personal information on are kept in a restricted, monitored environment.

Notification of Changes
If Taleo decides to change our privacy policy, Taleo will post those changes on this web page so our visitors are always aware of what information Taleo collects, how Taleo uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, Taleo discloses it. If at any point Taleo decides to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, Taleo would notify visitors by way of an email. Visitors will have a choice as to whether or not Taleo uses their information in this different manner. Taleo will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
